This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Delegate Registration payments made on the Gujarat WOSH 2026 website (https://gujaratwosh.com), organised by PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI). By completing a paid registration, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Refund Policy
No refunds will be processed in case of cancellation of a Delegate Registration, once payment has been made — regardless of the reason for cancellation, and regardless of whether the delegate is able to attend the Event.
2. Non-Transferable by Default
Registrations are issued in the name of the delegate(s) submitted on the registration form. If you are unable to attend and wish to nominate a substitute delegate in your place, please contact us in advance at the details below — substitutions may be accommodated at the organiser's discretion, subject to Event capacity.
3. Errors in Payment
If you believe a payment was made in error (for example, a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount charged due to a technical error on the website or payment gateway), please contact us immediately at the details below along with your payment reference/transaction ID, so it can be reviewed.
4. Accuracy of Information
The organiser will not be responsible for any typographical or clerical errors in the fee, schedule, or other details shown on this website or in related correspondence. Any bank/wire transfer charges and applicable withholding taxes on a payment are borne by the remitter.
