These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gujarat WOSH 2026 website (https://gujaratwosh.com) and your registration for Gujarat WOSH 2026 ("the Event"), organised by PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) together with its co-organiser and associate partners. By using this website or submitting a registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Delegate Registration Fee

The Delegate Registration fee for Gujarat WOSH 2026 is ₹5,000 per delegate, valid for both days of the Event (20 – 21 November 2026). Where more than one delegate is registered on a single form, the total fee is calculated as the per-delegate fee multiplied by the number of delegates selected.

2. GST

Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% is mandatory and will be added to the registration fee for every delegate registration. The final amount payable (base fee + 18% GST) is shown on the registration page before payment.

3. What's Included

The Delegate Registration fee includes access to the conference sessions for both days, along with Tea/Coffee Breaks and Lunches on both days of the Event.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

No refunds will be processed in case of cancellation of a delegate registration, for any reason. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details before completing your payment.

5. Accuracy of Information

While every effort is made to ensure the information on this website (including event dates, fees, and schedules) is accurate and current, the organiser will not be responsible for any typographical or clerical errors appearing on the website, in printed material, or in correspondence relating to the Event.

6. Payment, Bank Charges & Taxes

Payments are accepted through the payment methods made available on this website. Any bank or wire transfer charges, and any applicable withholding taxes, shall be borne entirely by the remitter (the person or organisation making the payment) and are not deducted from the amount due to the organiser.

7. Use of This Website

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Gujarat WOSH 2026, PHDCCI, or its licensors, and is provided for general information about the Event only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The organiser makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Event takes place as described, but shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your registration, attendance, or reliance on information provided on this website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

The organiser reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website or registration for the Event after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
